How to Register for VG

Registrations are now open. Follow this link to get started!

Things you need to Register:

  • Your personal information
  • Medical info
  • Photo
  • Money to pay for ticket
  • Activities permission form
  • Relevant hosting forms if required

PLEASE NOTE: Units attending without a leader will need to be hosted by another unit and scouts attending need to be hosted by a Venturer Unit. Please make sure to fill out the appropriate hosting form. 

PRICES

  • Venturer Normal Registration: $75 
  • Linking Scouts 14+: $45 (Must be hosted by a Venturer unit) See the “General Information” page for more details
  • Leaders & Rovers: Free - but you still need to register!

SHUTTLE BUSS  

Booking/payment needs to be made for this bus at the same time you pay for your registration. 

This travels between Seymour train station and Mafeking Rover Park

  • $15 one way (on either Friday or Sunday)
  • $18 for the return trip (Friday and Sunday)

GOLDEN TICKET COMPETITION 

During the first 6 weeks after registrations open, Venturers, Guides and Linking Scouts have the opportunity to win back their ticket price. Each week a  name will be drawn at random and selected as the golden ticket winner. To successfully enter each week, your registration must be completed and approved by our Admin Team by 6pm each Sunday while the competition is running. Each week the names will carry over, so the earlier the applications are in, the more chances you have to win!

Competition runs for the first 6 weeks of Registrations being open Your registration must be Complete, including

  • All sections on registration completed
  • Photo uploaded and accepted
  • Payment completed
  • Any relevant forms uploaded
